Meet the Founder
Dwight Drozé
Dwight Drozé blends boardroom discipline with creative flair at The Gatsby Group. A former signed runway model, he learned early how presentation and presence move markets—lessons that now power his branding and investor-relations strategies. Academically, Dwight holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA, and is completing a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance at Harvard Extension School, sharpening the analytical edge behind every deal he structures.
His real-estate journey began in 2005, when pursuing a real-estate license and reading Rich Dad Poor Dad sparked a conviction that the housing boom would burst. That insight ignited a lifelong passion for macro-economic market analysis, guiding his investment outlook ever since. At the corporate office for one of the top-five property management companies in the multi-family nation, Dwight supported portfolios worth hundreds of millions, then trained accounting teams stewarding the financials and capital for multi-billion-dollar assets—experience that taught him how scalable systems and disciplined numbers drive lasting value.
Today he leads The Gatsby Group with the same foresight, grit, and strategic precision that have defined his path from runway lights to real-estate heights.
